Now Hiring - Internet Sales Fulfillment Specialist in Annapolis, MD

Ardent Ideas is a small company that sells kitchen and bath products on the Internet. We are seeking a part-time Internet Sales Fulfillment Specialist to aid us in packing orders, handling customer service inquiries and merchandise returns. Work is in a friendly and casual environment.
You will touch every step of Internet sales, from marketing, packing and shipping, handling messages, to return processing and online pricing.

Daily tasks typically are: processing returns, answering customer inquiries, packing orders, putting returns back in inventory, and updating the inventory system.

Work involves: stairs, lifting up to 20 lbs, handling up to 50 small packages a day, light computer use, and good attention to detail.

We are seeking 100% error free packaging and inventory updates. For this we will provide a very friendly and easy to work in 'home like' atmosphere.

We have a very small staff that processes about 40-80 small orders a day. Work is located in the Annapolis Neck area, near Eastport.

Pay is 1099, with morning or afternoon hours. Hours are flexible enough for a working mom or someone with commitments who is looking for part-time work.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
